DejaDoodles™ use rare-earth magnets. For this reason, they’re meant for the young at heart, but they’re not intended for children. These are extremely delicate collectibles, keepsakes, and artwork that are for display only and must be handled carefully.
Are your products safe for children and pets (... and me?)?
DejaDoodles are for adults only and contain small pieces. Keep all children, persons with disabilities and pets away from DejaDoodles. All DejaDoodles contain neodymium magnets — some of the strongest of the rare-earth magnets. Neodymium magnets are fragile; handle with care. Magnets can interfere with pacemakers, credit cards and other electronic devices. Suffocation and death can result from ingested magnets.
What's does "made-to-order" mean and how is it different than "custom order"?
All DejaDoodles and accessories are made-to-order. This simply means that I create all DejaDoodles and accessories shown on my website by hand and then carefully hand package each order. A custom order is generally a commissioned one-of-a-kind piece.
Do you accept commissioned projects or special requests?
At this time I do not accept commissions or special requests.
Do I get a discount if I order multiple products?
Not at this time, but I do occasionally send promotions via email. So if you haven't yet, remember to sign up!
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
I personally make every DejaDoodle figurine and accessory by hand. I try to work with local businesses to acquire supplies.
How do I make sure I order the right DejaDoodle combination?
Please double-check your confirmation email. The combination specifications (body style, skin color, hair color, hairstyle, clothing, etc.) will be listed there.
What are your payment terms?
While I do not accept checks nor installment plans, I do accept the payment methods listed at the bottom of this page.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, I do not offer gift-wrapping. However, my items do arrive in nicely branded product packaging as well as shipping packaging — so you can be assured that I do not just slap them in a bubble mailer and send them on their way. This not only protects them, but also adds a little whimsical flair!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do ship internationally. Shipping can be quite expensive, and unfortunately I do not have control over this cost. Please refer to my Shipping Policy for more information.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please refer to my Shipping Policy for more information.
When will I receive my order?
Because all DejaDoodles are made-to-order — meaning they are made according to order specifications — processing times can be anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on the number of orders. Holiday shipping times may be delayed due to a higher volume of orders. Should this occur, I will communicate with the buyer via the email under which the order was placed.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Due to Covid, shipping times are taking longer than expected. Please allow a couple extra weeks of shipping time. If it has been longer than that, refer to your tracking number and contact the shipment carrier directly.
What do I do if I received a damaged order?
I assume no liablity for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is helpful to take photos of damaged packages before opening them, as well as saving damaged packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact me immediately. Once an item has entered production and/or shipped, I cannot accept changes.
